The American International Building, (Formerly known as the Cities Service Building) 1932, designed by the firm of Clinton & Russell, Holton & George. Lower Manhattan New York City. A three-story penthouse, intended for Cities Service’s founder Henry Latham Doherty, was instead used as a public observatory. Still in existence today, the building has been converted to residential use.
