Architect: Fernando Ocampo
Eugenio Lopez Sr. constructed his lavish estate, known as the Lopez Boat House, in 1936 in La Paz, Iloilo. This Art Deco/Moderne mansion stands four stories tall and resembles an old ocean liner, featuring a tower leading to a viewing deck and a spiral staircase on the ground floor. Inside, the decor showcases 1930s-style furniture.
From 1992 to 1997, the PAREF Westbridge School for boys leased the Boat House. In 2002, it was declared a Heritage House by the National Historical Commission.
